My most popular muffin recipe
This recipe is something that you can do for birthday parties or any other occasions because it is very easy, not much time consuming and it tastes pretty good. So that’s why I’d like to share with you my most popular muffin recipe.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Ingredience:
- 300g flour (1¾ cups)
- pinch of salt
- 1 backing powder
- 1 chocolate bar
- Handful of nuts
- 1 banana (optional)
- 200ml milk
- 80 ml oil
- 2 eggs
- 70g sugar
How to:
- Preheat the oven for 190°C (= 374 °F) and prep 12 muffin cups in the tin.
- In the first bowl put flour, salt and baking powder mix all those dry ingredients well.
- At this moment you can add some chopped chocolate and nuts or mashed banana or anything else you’d like to add flavor.
- In the second bowl put milk oil eggs and sugar, all ingredients should be at room temperature.
- Put those wet ingredients from the second bowl into the first one with the dry ingredients and extras (chocolate/banana/nuts).
- If you have everything in one bowl don’t mix too much because we need that bubbly-fluffiness.
- Now is the time to put our mixture into the muffin cups that we prepared it in the first step, fill the mixture to the edge of the muffin cups. For a better look you can put some more chopped nuts on the top.
- Let’s put it in the oven for 25 minutes till golden brown. (Here’s one trick if you’re not sure if the muffins are done use a toothpick, put it inside in one of the muffins and if you put it out clean it’s done IF NOT leave it there for one more minute.)
- It’s time to put them out, leave the muffins in the tin for 3 minutes. After, transfer them to a plate and let them cool down completely.
