Prep time: 30 minutes Ingredience: 210g plain flour (1 2/3 cup) 140g butter (5/8 cups) 70g powdered sugar (5/8 cups) 2 yolks 1 package of vanilla sugar 1ts lemon juice 2-3 tbsp cold water Aftre: powdered sugar sweet jam How to: Remove the butter from the fridge in advance, all ingredients must be at room temperature.
